Returns & Faulty Items

We want you to love your mat. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you're welcome to return it for a store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but once your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a credit note so you can shop again at your convenience.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, please email us at hello@littlematco.com.au and include your order number.

Please note:
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items not in original condition (used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error)

  • Returns sent more than 30 days after delivery


Faulty Items

We carefully check every mat before it leaves us, but if you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please get in touch at hello@littlematco.com.au.

We’ll assess the fault and, if approved, offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. If the mat is not deemed faulty, it will be returned to you at your cost.


Haven’t received your credit note?

Credit notes are typically processed within 7 days of receiving your return. If it’s been more than 14 days, please check your email’s spam folder. Still no luck? Reach out to us—we’re here to help.
